Paragon’s Quality Policy
Paragon is fundamentally focused on improving client performance and satisfaction. We are committed to consistently delivering superior services and quality support to our clients while fostering a climate of regulatory compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement, through implementation of our Quality Management System.
Paragon’s Quality Management Approach
Customer Focus - Our customers are the reason we exist. We aim to meet or exceed their needs and expectations to make them successful. We will even try to anticipate their needs and introduce solutions they’ve not seen before in the spirit of true partnership. Our success depends upon our customers’ success.
Process Approach - To deliver on our commitment to customer focus we constantly work on our internal processes to maximize their effectiveness and efficiency. We constantly challenge ourselves to refine and change how we do things. We strive to raise our game every day.
Risk-Based Thinking - Looking ahead to anticipate what could happen is the reason we employ risk-based thinking throughout our organization. At several points in our process we purposely stop and ask two probing questions: (1) “What could go wrong?” and (2) “Is there a way to improve?” This perspective of constantly watching for risks and opportunities leads us to action which we carefully manage to ensure timely implementation and effective results.
CMMI: The CMMI-SVC model is a collection of best practices that is generated from the CMMI V1.2 Architecture and Framework. This collection includes services best practices from government and industry. CMMI-SVC is based on the “CMMI Model Foundation” or “CMF” and incorporates work by several service organizations to adapt CMMI for use in the service industry. The CMMI-SVC model provides guidance for the application of CMMI best practices by the service provider organization. Best practices in the model focus on activities for providing quality services to the customer and end users.
FedRAMP: FedRAMP is a government-wide program that provides a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization and continuous monitoring for cloud-based services. Under the Security Assessment Framework, Paragon (as a 3PAO) was assessed by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) in order to be accredited by the FedRAMP Project Management Office (PMO). Through the use of technical experts as assessors, the A2LA assessment process involved a rigorous evaluation of technical competence of Paragon as a 3PAO, as well as an assessment of our compliance with international standards.
ISO 9000: ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for a quality management system. The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. This certification helps Paragon’s customers get consistent, good quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.
