What type of work do you do at Paragon?
I am a Business Analyst for the Defense Personal Property System (DPS). My duties include requirement analysis, systems analysis, business processes, reengineering, functional support, and regression testing.

What traditions and/or rituals do you use to "shake up" the workday?
I would have to say laughter. I believe that a happy workplace is needed to have people feel good about what they do so they can perform at their best.
