Bruce Card

President and CEO

Bruce oversees the high-level strategic direction and overall operations. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran with more than 30 years of experience in military and civilian aviation, transportation, program management, and logistics. During his career, Bruce led a range of military and civilian organizations.

Bruce has an M.A. in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, and is a commercial airline pilot with a type rating in the Boeing 737, 757, 767 and 777.

Carl Weiss

Carl Weiss

Senior VP, Business Development

Carl is a U.S. Navy veteran with more than 20 years of experience as a Naval Supply Corps Officer. Prior to joining Paragon, Carl served as Director, ERP Functional Integration at Naval Supply Systems Command HQ and as Chief, Logistic Sustainment Division at US Transportation Command. In his current role, he leads the implementation of our logistics strategy and commercial and government business development efforts.

Carl holds an M.A. in National Security and International Affairs from the Naval War College, an M.S. in Systems Inventory Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a B.S. in Finance from Louisiana State University.

Brian Maves

Vice President, Operations

Brian is a retired US Air Force veteran with over 30 years’ experience in DoD and Federal Civilian project and portfolio management. He is a DAWIA certified Acquisition Program Manager and certified Project Management Professional. Brian joined Paragon in 2009. He has a B.S. in Meteorology from Northern Illinois University, Masters degrees in Business Management and Finance from Troy University and Management Information Systems from University of Illinois Springfield.

Bobby Kimiavi

Bobby Kimiavi

Vice President, Finance

Bobby is the Vice President of finance, responsible for all of the company’s financial functions including accounting, audit, treasury, and corporate finance. It also includes tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.

Bobby joined Paragon in 2001 as a Sr. consultant and worked on so many IT related projects.

Bobby holds an M.M.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.

Stacy Heintzelman

Director of Human Resources

Stacy Heintzelman is an HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in business operations and human resources. She holds a Professional in Human Resources certification from DePaul University. In November of 2019, she was appointed the Director of Human Resources for Paragon. In this position she oversees all aspects of human resources management for our employee base and their dependents.
